1. How do I book a meeting or event space on KinGlob Meet?
You can browse available meetings or spaces, choose your preferred option, and complete the booking through our online registration system.
2. Can I modify my booking after it is confirmed?
Yes, certain bookings allow modifications. Please contact our support team with your request, and we will assist based on availability and policy.
3. Will I receive a confirmation after booking?
Yes. A confirmation email with all details will be sent automatically after your booking is successfully completed.
4. Do I need to create an account to register for a meeting?
No account is required. However, creating an account allows faster future bookings, saved preferences, and access to resources.
5. What details are included in the meeting listing?
Each listing provides the agenda, speakers, date & time, format (virtual/in-person), venue details, and other important information.
Payment & Cancellation
1. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments must be made in Paypal or USD.
2. Are there any additional charges on payments?
A small processing fee may apply depending on your payment method.
3. Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?
Yes. Cancellations are subject to our refund policy. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation.
4. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed after the event concludes. The exact time may vary based on payment mode and bank processing.
5. What if my visa is denied for an international meeting?
If your visa application is rejected, a full (100%) refund of the your registration fee will be provided (or) if you agree, or like, your paid amount can be transferred to another event.
Technical Support
1. I am attending virtually. When will I receive the meeting link?
You will receive your personalized access link a few days before the event.
2. What should I do if I face technical issues during a virtual session?
Join early (15–30 minutes before) to test audio/video. For issues, use the support chat or contact the technical helpdesk.
3. What format should I prepare my presentation in?
Presenters must use PPT or PDF format and ensure slides are clear, readable, and compatible with the setup.
4. Can I use my own laptop for the presentation?
Yes. Presenters are allowed to use their own laptops during their presentation.
5. What if my internet disconnects during a virtual presentation?
Reconnect immediately using your link. If the issue persists, our team will guide you regarding the next available slot or support option.
