At KinGlob Meet, we aim to provide a seamless experience for all participants. The following policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, refunds, amendments, and participation guidelines for meetings and conferences hosted through our platform.

Insurance
The registration fee does not include insurance for accidents, illness, travel delays, cancellation, theft, property loss, or damage. Participants are strongly advised to arrange adequate personal insurance coverage before attending the event.
Program Modifications
KinGlob Meet reserves the right to modify the event program, agenda, or session duration based on speaker availability, time constraints, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be announced as early as possible.

Upon completing the online registration, participants will receive an automatic confirmation email.
If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the event support team.
Payment Receipt / Invoice
An official invoice will be emailed within 7 working days after the registration fee is received by the event accounts team.
Modes of Payment
- Payments can be made in USD or INR via credit card or bank transfer.
- A 3.5% processing charge applies to all registration and accommodation payments.
- All bank fees and money transfer charges must be borne by the sender. No additional charges should apply to the beneficiary.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the respective event coordinator.
The request must include complete bank details (IBAN, BIC/SWIFT) for refund processing. Cancellations take effect only after written acknowledgment from the KinGlob Meet support team.
Refund Structure
Due to advance commitments for venue, logistics, printing, accommodation, and other event requirements, the refund policy is as follows:

Important Notes
- The email receipt date is considered for calculating refund eligibility.
- Refunds will be processed after the conference.
- Requests for refunds due to excess or duplicate payments must be made in writing.
No refunds are provided for:
- No-show or unattended events
- Speaker cancellations
- Overbooked sessions
- Situations beyond the organizer’s control
By registering, participants acknowledge that KinGlob Meet and its organizing committee are not liable for any personal or financial damages that may occur during or before the event.
Refund Method
- Payments made through credit/debit cards will be refunded to the same card.
- Payments made via bank transfer will be refunded to the account nominated by the participant, and all related bank charges will be borne by the participant.
VISA Refusal & Absence from Event
In case of visa refusal or inability to attend, the paid amount can be transferred to another KinGlob Meet event, but cannot be refunded.
Participants availing discounted registration fees are not eligible for refunds.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of KinGlob Meet (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions):
- 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- However, the organizers will not be responsible for any additional expenses such as:
- Flight cancellation fees
- Accommodation costs
- Travel or financial losses
Transfer Policy
A fully paid registration may be transferred to another upcoming event within KinGlob Meet under the following conditions:
- A valid reason for absence must be provided.
- Transfer requests must be submitted via email.
- If replacing a participant, full details of the new attendee must be provided (name, contact number, email, session details, abstract title if applicable).
- Transfer requests must be made at least 30 days before the event date.
- A registration can only be transferred once and cannot be refunded thereafter.
Authorization Policy
By registering, participants grant KinGlob Meet permission to:
- Photograph, film, or record them
- Use their image, voice, comments, or likeness in promotional materials
- Publish, distribute, broadcast, or edit such materials worldwide without compensation
Unauthorized photography or video recording during sessions is strictly prohibited.
