At KinGlob Meet, we aim to provide a seamless experience for all participants. The following policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, refunds, amendments, and participation guidelines for meetings and conferences hosted through our platform.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include insurance for accidents, illness, travel delays, cancellation, theft, property loss, or damage. Participants are strongly advised to arrange adequate personal insurance coverage before attending the event.

Program Modifications

KinGlob Meet reserves the right to modify the event program, agenda, or session duration based on speaker availability, time constraints, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be announced as early as possible.

Program Modifications

Upon completing the online registration, participants will receive an automatic confirmation email.

If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the event support team.

Payment Receipt / Invoice

An official invoice will be emailed within 7 working days after the registration fee is received by the event accounts team.

Modes of Payment

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the respective event coordinator.

The request must include complete bank details (IBAN, BIC/SWIFT) for refund processing. Cancellations take effect only after written acknowledgment from the KinGlob Meet support team.

Refund Structure

Due to advance commitments for venue, logistics, printing, accommodation, and other event requirements, the refund policy is as follows:

By registering, participants acknowledge that KinGlob Meet and its organizing committee are not liable for any personal or financial damages that may occur during or before the event.

Refund Method

VISA Refusal & Absence from Event

In case of visa refusal or inability to attend, the paid amount can be transferred to another KinGlob Meet event, but cannot be refunded.

Participants availing discounted registration fees are not eligible for refunds.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of KinGlob Meet (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions):
